My orders aren’t being registered towards tiering
I’m a bit confused I’ve made two fishbowl orders over the week and they don’t seem to be tallying up in the loyalty section? Shouldn’t they be?

This app is USELESS and a TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. Continuous errors when I go to pick up my order. This has happened 5 times so far. I’ve been a loyal fishbowl customer for the last 4 years and ever since switching to this app I’m seriously contemplating shopping at Guzman & Gomez instead. You can’t even use the app to lodge a complaint.
I’ve been a twice weekly customer of Fishbowl for almost six months now and I always order the same salad in a large with mixed leaves as the ‘base’. I’ve always received the bowl filled almost to the top. Today I used the app for the first time and picked it up in store at Surfers Paradise. I ordered a large but when I opened it at home, it wasn’t even half full. That’s like ordering a burger and getting half a burger. It’s not like I’ll take it back to the shop front. So I guess the app is bad, because when you order in store, you can check it there before they seal the bag. Why would they do this? It’s such a bad business practice
Unable to place orders when using a promo - it gave me a loyalty promo for free avocado but when you try to add it, the screen freezes and I cannot complete the order :( please fix this as I cannot make my orders :(
I’m not sure if the app automatically marks the order as ‘ready to be picked up’ after the 15mins mark? Whilst standing there waiting with no other customers, I finally flagged down a staff who had no idea about my order. Then finds my order from the printer and it hasn’t even been made. What’s the point in me ordering earlier and I have to wait almost 20mins for it? I should have just lined up and it would have been faster. Also, the first time I used it, it was so confusing. Why are the yellow bars continuing to move like it’s ‘in progress’ when it’s ’ready’? Myself and with 2 others were standing there waiting to only to see it was ‘ready’ but the bars don’t change. Stupid.
For the price of their bowls you would expect some sort of loyalty program. Otherwise it’s just super expensive salad.
App is ok but needs a loyalty program…I should be rewarded for all the delicious lunches I buy from you!
Please bring this function to the app. Also, bug that clears the order when you have an existing cart then add the promo for the free bowl to the cart.
For the two previous promotions (free delivery and $5 off with Strava) the app has go out chef when I go to enter my details. Doesn’t glitch when I make a regular order. Seems a little convenient…
They launched a new app to link Strava. Have tried to do this multiple times and doesn’t even work. Have contacted support who said they have escalated it but it has been two weeks and no update. Bad support.
