Can’t get app to load , trying to sign up ???

App won’t load, site must be down ?

App developer is a joke!

Got this for Christmas, and can’t even sign up for an account. It just freezes up, followed by the “always puts you in a good mood,” CRASH! Developer skipped out on this one.

App don’t work

No good

What a waist of money. Tried to log one fish. A yellow perch that weighed 3.5 lbs and was 13.5 “ long. Every time I tried to enter anything the camera would activate in selfie mode. Fix the App!

Not worth while

Buy a smaller and equally reliable scale. This app doesn’t work at all so you pay for a gimmick.I have to manually input the info and the app freezes when I press done every time. Asking for a refund since this is an issue across the board.

Eh

Scale works just fine. However the app only crashes. Try to save the data and it crashes - each and every time!! I also wonder why I have to manually enter the weight of the fish, instead of the app taking it directly from the scale.

Crashing app

The scale works fine, only issue there is the action button to take a picture only selects the camera facing you, not the one facing away. Other than that I like the scale. The app... If I could give zero stars I would. Clunky and prone to crashing. If you try to record a catch’s weight with a decimal point, eg: 3.1lbs it locks the app up and crashes it. You can only add whole numbers. Then it at least logs it without crashing (but is NOT the correct weight!) Then, if you use the ‘contact us’ button in the app it does not send to a valid address! I sent a report and I got an email saying message could not be delivered because no such email user exists! Please FIX the app and I would greatly change my review on this app!!!

Very disappointing

When entering the data points for a fish, every time you select the next field it switches to camera mode. And then when you press the done button the app freezes. I have tried several times with no success. Where is the quality control?

Can’t log catch

Bought this scale due to it having an app. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to log a catch on it yet. Scale seems to be working fine but the app is disappointing. Input all the information and it freezes when you hit done.

So far, just okay

The scale works great. Unfortunately the app doesn’t seem to pair properly with my phone or iPad. No info is being shared and when I try to manually input the fish information the app freezes. Only had it for a couple of days, but so far, just okay.
