Brilliant, highly recommend
This is exactly what I needed! I wanted to have a picture of me and my grandad as my wallpaper but only have a physical copy. So I took a picture of it and tried to set it as a wallpaper but I wouldn’t fit. This app is perfect, you get to select a background as well which I thought was cool. Highly recommend!

It is amazing and it helps when you want a background to fit on your iPhone, because you can never zoom it out enough!
Fantastic
There are several other apps that claim to do what this little gem does and fail. If you need to resize a photo to make it fit an iPad for wallpaper, this is what you need. It works perfectly, plus the Engrish is kinda cool.
