The best thing ever I can check up on my steps at school home and hangouts it is soooo fun

We bought both our children the watches & they can not be linked to the same iPad or app, or parent app! It’s beyond frustrating to buy these and not be able to use them all because the app doesn’t work the way it should, also notices that you have to open the app each day to get the correct time & date!! We shouldn’t have to open the app each day for the watches to work at a basic level! It’s been a pointless purchase for us & frankly utterly ridiculous for our children to navigate. Very disappointed customers.

I love the watch but if you could make an update where you can add apps onto the watch also make it so all the KID watches you’ve made be able to update the firmware Thank You 😊

How the hell do I use the watch? I didn’t even press anything and now the app thinks I don’t have a watch?? How do I fix this thing??? The only good use for this watch is to sell it (basically just scamming people) or to donate it to charity (but who’s going to find a use of a watch that doesn’t work?)

I can’t connect this watch to blue tooth oranything this app is basically useless

Cannot get this app on my kids tablets, so the watches are totally pointless now as I can only update one in my phone. I have to remove one watch from the app to update the other. Frustrating, as I was told the app was available for use on tablets. Now I have 2 smart watches for my kids that I can’t return.
