Expensive and doesn’t work
Not the right app. Scammed me out of 80$. They make it look like it’s the app for the Fitbit. Not true. Scam.
Overhyped overvalued underwhelmed way too hard to set up three days, and it still will not work going back to get cheap simple one they’re more concerned about the data
Have been using for years- stopped working as of September 4th - getting error message.
Been using this for year. As of September 3, no longer will sync to by Fitbit app!
Make it simpler !
Never synced. Do not buy.
I own a Garmin Fenix which syncs to Apple Health. I figured this App would then take that sync’d data and share it with the Fitbit App. Apparently not, this Sync App only appears to sync the data collected by the Apple phone or Apple Watch. Wasted my money on one month. FYI for Garmin owners.
This app sucks, doesn’t work. Don’t buy it. If you do, your throwing your money down the toilet!!!
Unfortunately, there's a lot of potential here that goes squandered. The usability design is non-existent, with no free trial, higher prices than advertised when you go to checkout, errors out of the gate with syncing, last synced dates not appearing for data sources no matter how many times you sync, and automatic syncing not happening at all. When it works, it's great, but you're basically rolling dice on when it decides to behave. The developer really needs to put in more effort with this app as it's not worth the price right now.
