I switched my Fitbit to the google account and the data export functionality was terrible. I used this to export Fitbit data to Apple Health, I then used the “Health Export” app to export csv files for my records. It took some manipulation to correct the data. Sleep total start and stop time was correct but sleep events such as rem and awake were all off by 2 hours. After putting some formulas in Excel and then using pivot tables I was able to continue my multiple years tables of Fitbit data. This is the only solution I have found for Googles terrible data tool. Thanks!
The best app for Fitbit Sync
I’m a Fitbit watch owner. I always wanted to sync my Fitbit data with my iPhone but I never find a good and complete app that synchronizes all the Fitbit data. I test a lot of app for data synchronization, A LOT! without find one that synchronizes everything. After I find SyncFit! This app really does the work! It synchronizes the data, it offers automatic and manual synchronization. The best part? It’s just simple and right to the point! No difficult steps no mumbo jumbo or any promises that don’t do anything at all! Also, a great support team! Open for ideas for comments with a good developer/client interaction. This is the way an app and a developer should be and work! As a Fitbit user and as an IPhone user I really recommend it 100%. It’s the best choice you won’t regret never at all! Regards, @JRGN

Great app
Requires subscription
All features described are locked behind a subscription pay wall other than manually syncing your steps
Updates on last sync bug?
I wonder if there is a ETA for the next update to solve the issues with workouts running and walking speed bugs?
Regards
Only works sometimes…
I’ve been using this app for a month and it was working fine, but now it won’t sync all my steps. Sometimes it’s only 500 or so but yesterday it was 4K! Today it’s not working at all.
Really good app, even better customer service!
I was having trouble getting my Fitbit and Apple Health to sync on the first day, so I emailed support. They responded VERY quickly, and then they continued to work with me for several hours through emails to help me get everything working together. We finally were able to solve the problem, and since then, it’s worked great! Incredibly happy with the time and effort they spend to make sure you’re getting what you need. Really love that I finally have a way to keep all of my info synced instead of manually adding data to Health app.
Keeps working for 4 months. Then stopped.
Trying to get sync to work again.
App works very well, developers are highly responsive
Initially downloaded the app to share workout data with friends (who use apple watch + iphone).
App:
- syncs data to apple health from fitbit (including workout type)
- sync happens pretty quickly and setup is fairly easy
- people i’ve shared my health data with get notifications about my workouts like apple watch users do
I highly recommend this app for my use case. In addition, the developers are highly responsive to feedback. When I initially downloaded the app, workout type did not sync over and friends did not get notifications. I emailed the developers about this and they responded immediately and within about a week rolled out a fix.
I am paying for premium fwiw
Best app for heartrate syncing
I’ve been trying to find an app to sync my resting heartrate to Apple health. Basically just trying to do a one-time export before I switch over to an Apple Watch, and heartrate was the only thing I felt my Fitbit tracked accurately.
This app was the only one I found that could do a one-time heartrate sync for free!
