Fitbit and Health, together at last. Sync all your data from Fitbit to Apple Health. After the first sync, the app will automatically sync in the background throughout the day. **Important** Fitbit currently provides access to daily data only. We have requested Partner API status in order to provide intraday syncing.

Need to sync from Health to Fitbit? Check out Sync Solver - Health to Fitbit as well.
Data types supported:
- Steps
- Flights Climbed

- Weight
- Body Fat Percentage
- Body Mass Index
- Sleep Analysis (In bed and asleep time)
- Water
- Dietary Calories
- Resting Calories

Notes:
- If you are using Sync Solver - Health to Fitbit, be sure to not sync the same data types as this will result in a data duplication loop.
- Since iOS schedules backgroud updates based on your app usage pattern, it may be necessary to manually sync from time to time in order to keep Sync Solver automatically syncing on a consistent basis.
- Intraday data granularity is not possible at this time due to Fitbit API limitations.

Sync Solver FAQ
Is Sync Solver free?
Yes, Sync Solver is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Sync Solver legit?
⚠️ The Sync Solver app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
Does not do any kind of validation and there is no configuration. You can create a huge mess with this app, if you are not careful.
I replaced my Fitbit scale 4 years ago and have been using a health-connected scale. I wanted that historical Fitbit data so I tried to use this.
Even though I have not logged into Fitbit for 4 years, this app recorded the last 2019 weigh in FOUR TIMES EVERY DAY. I cannot find a way to clean this mess up, inter than to manually delete thousands of data points, one at a time.
There is no “undo”
There is no way to control the start and end dates
There is no validation or sanity checking (e.g recording only once per day, or displaying a warning if it’s adding 4 entries with a 20 pound variance from existing values from the same day)
There is only an expensive subscription and YOLO
Do not sync correct steps
It’s about 200 step off in both directions sometimes as much as 1000 steps different from my Fitbit, waist of $4.99
Didn’t work for what I needed.
My Fitbit steps get synced with Apple Health but then the steps don’t get synced to Withings Health App. Just the steps Apple health counts.
Good app - can be better
Is this still actively supported and developed? Wondering when sleep analysis stages (REM, Deep, Light, Restless) and RHR (resting heart rate) will be synced? I’m seeing other apps doing this and I’d rather not go seek a new app, I’ve been a SyncSolver user for years. Please update!
Seems solid. $5 for continuous sync!
Only question is how far back does it sync? It seems like it only synced my steps going back to 2021 whereas I have Fitbit data going back to like 2014.
Should’ve trusted the bad reviews
Tried to trust the good reviews and now my Fitbit app thinks I walk 84,585 steps today.
Simple and does one thing
Exactly what I needed to move historical data over from Fitbit after switching to an Apple Watch. Also keeps my weight metrics synched from my Aria scale. Only wish it was able to sync more than two years worth of historical data.
Does NOT sync all data
Very frustrated that it does not sync heart rate...
It clearly does not sync all data from Fitbit like it claims..
I have been scammed.
No Auto-Sync
It does it’s job, but you have to manually sync each time. I paid for the app and it still won’t auto-sync, so I’m disappointed.
Waste of money
First I was happy to pay for an app with great reviews that was not a subscription. But I guess you get what you pay for and this is a ripoff. First I get the 403 error immediately and I’ve followed the instructions to refresh login and I still get the error. So out of the gate the app does not sync. And there is NO WAY AT ALL to submit a request for help. Pure ripoff - take my advice and do not spend you your money on this.
