The video quality of the camera is very good and I like the mounting position of the camera so it doesn’t obstruct the windshield. only thing I really have a problems with is having to be in or close to the car to connect to the camera so that videos can be download / screenshot and also It doesn’t have closed circuit style recording. i’ve gone in a couple times to download video clips from potential incident, and it was in between when the camera was switching from one recording to another so I was unable to capture that footage. I would love to see an update of the app and or camera system in the future, where these things are features.

It’s good when it works but for me, that’s occasionally but only when I’m in the car. So, I wanted to watch footage from earlier in the day but couldn’t because I was at home. I connected to WiFi and followed the poor instructions - doesn’t work. If my car were to get stolen or something, I’d be out of luck as it stands because I can’t connect to video footage unless I’m in my car…

Absolutely love the camera, quality, angles and ease of use. I couldn’t be happier and will get this for all of my vehicles. Keep up the good quality products!

Rear camera shows upcoming cars from the right side on the left side, and viceversa. App needs image mirroring feature for rear camera. Mirroring the front camera from iPhone setting NFS does not fix the problem. Please add image mirroring capability on the Fircamx app!!!!

Trying to download a clip is useless. It gets to between 6-10% and then resets back to 0%. Even then it runs super slow. It takes 2 minutes to get from 0% to 6% before it fails and kicks you back to 0%. 2 stars because you can change the camera settings. But other than that, the app is useless.

Decent cameras and looks good overall. But I cannot change the recorded clips to anything other than 1 minute. I emailed customer support and no response so far

I liked the idea of this dashcam. However, other than that the cam is not that good. It takes long time to download videos. The live view had some issues. The trip information such as the speed of the vehicle and the geolocation is not there. Even the video quality not that great. UPDATE: I had some issues view the live cam and downloading the videos in my phone in the unit i purchased and contacted support and they sent me a new unit under warranty. All issues with the new unit have been resolved.

The SD card fills up and you don’t have the option to allow new footage to overwrite old footage. That would really increase the rating for this product.

The camera works just fine but the app does not see the camera for viewing on iPhones
