I’m not sure when the problem arises as the first few months the app worked fine. Now it’s showing lbs in the 1000s. I delete the older app and added the + app and it’s still giving the same issue. The scale itself works fine but the app doesn’t match the scale. The decimal point is in the wrong place.

Nothing works. I can’t selectively delete data. Even the privacy policy is broken. I tried logging out and logging back in. Rebooting my phone. It’s just broken. This app is nothing like the previews shown. Very limited information.

I just.wanted to monitor my water intake as I have kidney problems. This does it all! I have enjoyed seeing where I’m at overall. It helps to know areas you are improving in and the areas you need to work on. Helped me set a reasonable goal for myself and not an unrealistic one. Very accurate according to my Doctor’s scale.

The scale doesn’t match up with your phone. Says I’m over 1000lbs. I’m 160lbs. Would be cool if it actually worked.

It won’t pair with my Bluetooth. This is the second scale. At least this time it has my weight correct. I returned the first one.
