My name is Parmpreet kaur I have started my journey with fitelo in Dec last year .But beacuse of my pregnancy i stopped my diet plan in January.In my pregnancy i was diagnosed with diabetes .my hnlac lebel was 7.9 ..Now i again started my journey with dietician Prerna .She is sooo helpful understanding.Beacuse of her now my hblac level is 6.1.i am soo happy i lives soo energetic, am soo happy From 103 to 94 in just 3 months
I am under DT. Surovika Roy mam and she is very communicative, helpful and nice person indeed. Under her I am loosing my weight. My journey is still on going. However I would say Surovika mam is always there whenever I need her, have any doubts or anything problem with the food. Thank you so much Surovika Mam.
I started my fitness journey with Fitelo in late July 2023. Previously I had tried so many different apps and dietitians for weight loss but nothing worked for me. My Fitelo Diet coach Gunjan made my life really easy and she planned meals as per my likes and dislikes. She also gave me tips when I had office outings or parties on how to eat, and what to eat which was really helpful. She is also doing regular checkups on me since the start of the program and she definitely listens to what I want from the program. I have now lost 6 kgs since start of the program. My energy levels are all time high now. My periods have become regular and there is absolutely no period pains now. All in all I am really happy I chose Fitelo for my fitness journey.
Friendly and flexible attitude. I have more energy than before, my skin is glowing. Losing weight in a healthy way lost around 2 kgs and 2 inches. Dietician assigned to me, Pooja Agnihotri understand my needs and schedule and modify my diet accordingly. Fast reply and suggestions to my questions. Takes feedback every week. I'm happy with fitelo team. Pooja mam totally accommodate my situation and suggests what's best for me.
