• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can turn off the auto-renew subscription from your device settings.
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

Durante os alongamentos devia de haver um tempo de espaço entre os exercícios. Seguidos, sem tempo para a pessoa se colocar na posição correta, torna-se mais complicado de acompanhar o guia em respetivos tempos de exercícios

OMG WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR PREMIUM LIKE I ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS AND I PRESSED START MY PLAN AND IT ONLY HAD THE OPTION TO PAY FOR PREMIUM LIKE I HATE THIS
Not worth the money!
I’ve been using this app for 1 and a 1/2 months, and a couple days ago it started giving me a gray screen when I tried to open the workout and then the next day it just completely erased ALL my progress to include my calendar and challenge progress. I paid 40 bucks for this, not worth it. If your app can’t even consistently track progress, then what is the point? It started me from the beginning with easier workouts that are not doing anything for me because I already have almost 2 months of workout progress. I’m very unhappy and I want my money back.
Amazing app but.....
I was so excited to get the app int installed but it couldn’t open. I do not know if it’s my phone or maybe it’s the app. Thank you.
App lockout
Even though I bought the annual membership it has locked me out if I don’t complete the 30 days. Obviously most people won’t finish but if I paid for a year I should be able to access all the workouts for a year. A total waste.
So simple and easy
This has been the best workout app I’ve ever used! Simple workouts for any level of activity. There’s monthly challenges to use as well. Downside is I wish it wasn’t expensive. $20 a month is kind of a lot but, I’d say it’s worth it
