Without experience they charge don’t waste your time and money
Not as shown in ads
I purchased the app based on the ads on FB that showed that you could choose exercises as per muscle groups. It does not exist. On writing a couple of mails there is only an automated response. Another case of cheating and misleading app.
Good workouts but missing Apple Watch integration
Love the exercise sequence and weekly plan. But please mend the following, 1. When a workout starts the music volume on the bluetooth speaker reduces significantly. Instead the music should only be reduced when the sound or voice instructions are announced and only if the notifications are enabled. 2. Please integrate with Apple Watch to record data with Apple health and show the timer on the watch.

there are plenty of free tutorial available in youtube .Not upto mark
Too expensive and waste app for just animated workout
Already being an intermediate bodybuilder and an athlete, I was looking to purchase it for shorter duration to see if it is worth, any coach etc will be there to train virtually, but it’s only animated workout. And mistakenly it deducted full 1year amount of 5200/- . I need my money back. Useless app. Other fitness apps are way better as in amount of 6K they offer a dedicated coach for period of 8-10 weeks.

I just downloaded this app from a ad the ad said you don’t have to pay for it which you actually do
Good workout program but
After purchasing a couple years back, the App stopped letting me in and access the workout programs. I’ve contacted customer service a few times and no response. It’s frustrating that it won’t connect to iTunes to restore purchases or that anyone on their tech team will answer to solve the problem. The app is good until it stop working
