One day, my muscle weight dropped by like 20lbs, and fat % increased 10%. That cant be right! Got another brand which still has the normal measurements.

Scale stopped working after 3 months. Tried contacting company several times. Unable to reach anyone and no reply. Waste of money

The developers may have thought they were making their app easier to use but they’ve reduced its helpfulness by not allowing users to make changes…I was athletic when I first purchased this app but no longer meet their criteria for this designation yet can’t change to a ‘normal’ user.

The app keeps whining about my session being expired and forcing me to re-log in every time I want to use the scale. That’s absolutely RIDICULOUS! 😠

This app and scale help someone like myself who has AL Cardiac Amyloidosis, keep an eye on fluctuations of weight. Allows me to see when I need to adjust water, food intake, diuretics, or call the cardiologist if need be. It also helps me things like BMI, body water, muscle mass, etc. I also got the smart tape to take body measurements. I absolutely recommend FITINDEX. You help me stay strong and live on, AMY strong! 🧡💪🏻🧡😁

January 2022 and onward, it seems the final weeks are missing, so I can’t compare my previous weigh-ins for the week. Data collection seems to be working, but I can see the week on the calendar. Please fix! Great app otherwise!

The app is decent and somewhat easy to navigate. The scale is extremely disappointing though. The scale gave me a weight about 20lbs less than my weight on other scales—which I’ve been on recently. For about a half hour or more I tried recalibrating and googling how to fix. I stepped on the scale so many times after and the scale kept on fluctuating and even dropping in weight. I used the scale on a hardwood surface and made sure it was flat, so no room for wobbling, bare dry feet, took batteries out and back in, etc. I was so excited to get this scale, but I’m just baffled at the inaccuracy. If maybe it was the BMI or fat percentage that looked a bit off I could live with it, however it was the actual weighing feature of it that just completely threw me off.

The scale always has connected through blue tooth. The measuring tape has not. It worked once, but now I have to manually input all measurements. The pairing function to add new devices only leads to pairing or stepping on the scale, but does not allow me to add the tape. My blue tooth settings in my phone does not pick it up as a device, so I can’t add it that way either. The one time it worked, I had just started using it, and it connected. It no longer does that, and I cannot find a way to add it. I use an iPhone X, so it should easily work. If the app developers add a function to add the tape, and not only the scale, I would give these devices and the app 5 stars. The scale feels and looks great. The retractable tape is easy to use; it’s only the unreliable tape pairing which frustrates me.

I see so many problems when people don’t use the scale correctly. Remove the batteries after each use. Store the scale in the original box. When used properly, I’m betting the scale will last for decades. The app is simple, gives details with history and transfers data to other apps seamlessly. A must have for dieters and fitness enthusiasts. Highly recommended!
