Perfect match for Polar H10
Polar heart rate monitor is excellent, but their app sucks. Therefore, I use it with Fitiv that has big enough font and plenty of metrics to choose from. During time I have ended up to use Fitiv as my main sports app.

Good is getting better
I took a chance with FITIV to be able to follow the training intensity level from my Apple Watch. It does that well and gives abundance of options to analyse my workouts and helps me to manage the load to enable sustainable development.

Intervallitreenin saa itse rakennettua, Applen kellon saa hälyyttämään värinällä sykealueiden vaihtumisesta (sekä monesta muusta), harjoituksen aikainen näyttö on monipuolisesti muokattavissa, yhdistää Apple terveyteen… ei tässä juuri heikkouksia ole. Hiihtoon ym aerobiseen varsinkin ihan loistava.
