I used to really like this app but now they try to force you by adding this feature that each time you have to wait to open any particular workout which started from 10 sec and each time it goes higher and higher so you would get annoyed and have to buy a membership! One thing you and some other app makers need to realise is that in this world there is always an other one better than you so by changing theses settings and trying to force us to purchase, it’ll just backfire! Lol deleted.

Deleting this app after ads, you cannot listen to music and it will override from your ads.

Terrible interface - very frustrating to use.

Why does it cost so much just to keep fit ?

This app has been the best of many I have used. Easy to follow instructions without all the adverts. Although you can upgrade to a full work out program, really useful for beginners and pros.

Recently read an article on how having a plan at the gym will get better gains. My gym is so crowded most nights that I just seek out what is open and knock out a few sets before five guys ask if I am done. I downloaded multiple apps and found this app to be the best. You track and see what you did last time so you ensure you are making improvements. It also becomes my “quest” to complete all five sets of each exercise in the daily plan. I know I won’t keep up with printing and marking off on paper. The app works great and have shared with wife and son.

This app does not worth almost $60 a year

I’ve been using this app for 5 years. Great app!
