FC has an inviting atmosphere, a friendly staff, a clean and sanitary environment and modern and well-maintained equipment. The sauna is my favorite feature. One of the best gyms in this area.

In comparison to the other gyms I visited, Fitness Connection has more to offer. I especially like the sauna where I am able to warm my muscles before my workout. In addition, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable! I had a membership at one of the other establishments and cancelled because of how much more FC had to offer. I’m very happy with my decision to get a membership here! LadyT

There is no way to cancel membership on the account or the wensite

I have been a member with Fitness Connection for several years but after recovering from a bad car accident in 2018 I really wanted to start getting my strength back. I appreciate the classes that are offered although I wish there were more and that were in my schedule but I did just see that the app offers videos that if I'm not able to come in, I can do them at home while watching the videos provided. Pretty cool! Stay well and kind 🫶🏾

I like how I’m able to create and log workouts . There’s even tutorials on proper technique

I only get notifications about my home gym so if anything is going on with the 2 locations I actually frequent not my home gym then I don’t get notice. Late start, early closing, canceled classes, or any other non home gym specific notices

I literally am excited to go to the gym due to attending classes and being able to add them to my calendar all from the app. It’s helped me be consistent.
