Fitness Court Reviews

This app is not user friendly at all

Resetsj on

United States

This app is horrible and hard to use. I can never get past the first screen showing where the court is. I already knew where the court was so what is the point of the app? I would give 0 stars if that was an option!

Can’t get to instructions page

F. Stickney on

United States

I’m new to the app. We just had a fitness facility built in our city. When I open the app it keeps having me get a verification email, or resend one, and then it asks me to select a facility near me as the last step. But the Select button does nothing on any of the facilities I choose. I can’t get to any kind of useful information on how to use this exercise facility. And the giant QR code in the wall may as well be actual instructions for using the equipment without requiring people to have their digital device present. So there are two major design problems now: one with the app, and one with the physical exercise facility.

Love the Fitness Court + App!

I love all the targeted workouts that National Fitness Campaign provides in the “movements tab”. This has really helped guide my fitness journey and help craft my daily workouts. The app is especially useful on cold rainy days when I can’t get outside and workout on the Fitness Court itself. The app has improved so much, I will definitely be recommending to friends and family! Woo!

Up there with other fitness apps

Love that it syncs with my Apple Watch to show steps, heart rate, and calories burned. Wish I had a fitness court closer to home to use the app more often. Does have some good at home workout videos to follow too.

Let us download videos

We’ve had a fitness court in Stone Mtn, Ga for a couple months. I like the workouts, but the app isn’t super useful as is. We don’t have 5G cell service in our town, and the videos constantly stop to buffer, so you can’t just workout along with them. They also use a lot of data to stream—not everyone can afford unlimited data. The app should let us download videos over wifi ahead of time to use once we get to the court. It would save a lot of headaches.

The 1 star is for the App only

Used the court this morning for the 1st time. Loved it. Got home and downloaded the app to see workouts etc. Can’t get past the location services. Does the app work?

App is not good

College Talk on

First time trying. Love the idea. But app is a hurdle to working out. Would not let me see workouts until I “found” the court I was standing at and I even let it grab my location. I ended up lying and picking any location just to try it. Will give it one more try. I am sure my city dropped some of my tax money on this thing. Looks good at least.

Meh..

App doesn’t really work that well and all of the fit courts I’ve been too were damaged. Doesn’t seem like this company really cares much about their product once it’s been installed.
