Hands down some of the pest programming you can get.
Fitness Culture app has the best user interface out of any fitness app I have used so easy to follow. Their training programs are next level and will push your limits.
Been using for 3-4 years now. Love the different programs that you can choose that and the progressive overload that it helps recommend to help you reach your goals.
I have been a regular lifter/athlete for around 15 years, and this is the best program/app I have found to date. Tips and training videos for every movement, substitute exercises, program design, and app design/ facebook support are all wonderful. This is likely the closest you will get to professional personal training for a fraction of the cost (50/month vs 100/session) That being said, the only minor critiques/suggestions I have are: 1. Occasionally training blocks seem to conflict. For example, a shoulder-heavy IWT/burnout circuit at the end of a leg day, then a shoulder/push day the very next day. Im guessing its just the programming pulling the circuit block from a bank without considering the secondary muscles, as this seems to go against their usual 48+hr rest periods per muscle group. 2. Some days in certain programs prescribe more weight than seems correct/safe. For example, pushing near 90% of max for 3 sets of 12 reps, even in rest-pause (6, rest 20s, 4, rest, 2) seems like an injury waiting to happen. I’m not the expert, and am not trying to discredit/invalidate the training (I absolutely love Steve and Jake), but non-profesional/full-natural/non-“enhanced” athletes may want to err on the safe side for these programs. 3. When selecting 60 or 30 minute option, it seems to just remove the last 1 or 2 chronological blocks for a training day, but sometimes it seems like it should be flipped. Example: if leg day goes: primary-secondary-ancillary-core/circuit, the core work or circuit would be left off the 60 minute version, when it seems like the ancillary leg stuff should be dropped instead (otherwise you miss out on core work entirely). Not sure if designed on purpose, and of course you can intuitively do what you want, but maybe it wasn't meant to be that way. 4. Stretching is not included/mentioned. They have mobility blocks each day that rotate, but these don’t always include the muscles you worked that day, and are not a real substitute for actual stretching. Example: chest day may have a back/shoulder focused mobility block. This isn't really an issue if realize it, but some may mistake the mobility routines for actual “stretching”. Otherwise, it is a great app that I highly recommend and training and recommend trying a few months/programs for yourself.
If you have aspirations to get back in shape Steve cook has the best app and program out there!!
Best fitness app out there! I’ve been using it consistently for five years. Amazing!
By far the best program I have ever payed for! Nothing comes close! Invest your money into something that will not only cause you to be pain free but be an functional athlete in any scenario!
I have tried several fitness apps and programs. This is hands down the most complete and well done fitness app I have used. The app itself is very easy to navigate and the videos really nail down the proper form to help maximize results and reduce likelihood of injury. The variety of programs is amazing. Worth every penny.
Will there be an update to bring dark mode? It would be helpful if once the rest timer finishes, it dings so you know and goes back to the workout page so we don’t have to swipe.
The app and workouts are great! It helped me know how to do the work outs and with my diet. I really like the auto meal plan because it’s easy to use and the meals are tasty!
