Hope you update the Philippine side, please include booking of bike slot so that we don’t need to go to the gym 2 hours before the RPM class just to reserve a bike. We already requested it to our local support office and unfortunately no feedback until now. Thanks.

Experienced inability to be shown as already attended in many classes for some reason. Whenever I book a class, I ALWAYS attend. Yet, for some reason, I keep getting penalized! This is absolutely infuriating as I am obsessive-compulsive when it comes to certain things--and this is DEFINITELY one of those things! This is also the reason I really did not like booking classes in the first place as being now 74 and for the FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I KEEP GETTING PENALIZED, I FIND THIS THOROUGHLY INFURIATING. BTW, YOUR INSTRUCTORS, STAFF ASSTS. AND MOST OF YOUR FRONT DESK PEOPLE (EXCEPT ONE) ARE SIMPLY WONDERFUL! THE STAFF ASSTS ARE VERY HELPFUL AND QUITE PROFESSIONAL IN THEIR DEALINGS WITH THE MEMBERS. SPECIAL MENTION TO ALAN AND JANICE. THEY NEVER CEASE TO AMAZE US WITH THEIR HARD WORK AND EFFICIENCY. SO DIFFERENT FROM THEIR MAIN BOSSES WHO SEEM TO LIKE TO PUT THE BLAME ON OTHERS. NOW, THAT IS WHAT WE CONSIDER THOROUGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I booked the PT Boost online because it was available on the app, but when I arrived at the gym, there was no available PT. If there are no apts available in the gym, they should not be available on the app. Also, it's hard to book on the app, but my card credited the booking even though I didn't receive it.

I am actually enjoying the classes i attend but somehow i wish that there is no on line booking as this causes stress..hope you could add more time scheds or slots for the classes esp Rpm; bring back Body Balance and Easy step.
