Notifications not working, not working properly

The App works poorly. Many times it gets stuck and we are not able to book a class. We lose time trying to book and it finishes we losing the the time for the appointment. When we get App working again most popular classes are “magically” already fully booked.

Would be lovely to look for a class (eg body pump) and filter by day or time or trainer or city. That way I can find the list of all classes on a specific Monday 5 pm - 7 pm across all the gyms in Dubai / UAE. Or all the pump classes / body balance classes in Dubai on a specific Thursday. Or all classes taught by trainer X in a specific week or day. Maybe an idea for the future. It would make it more functional.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am for Anissa work, professionalism and her amazing , open and charming personality. It is an amazing combination that always helps to achieve the best results. Also when you love what you do you can’t do it half-heartedly it’s a great teamwork and friendship we have already during 3 months. When I started training with Anissa I had already lost most of the weight, but now the task was much more difficult. I needed to build muscle and shape my body. This required professionalism, delicacy, dedication, precise selection of loads and nutrition( no cheating) 😂 I saw the result after one month, even though she said it’s still early but my body started to change . Fat mass decreased and muscles became more prominent I really wish that everyone who reads this review will become her clients. You won't find a better coach. An individual approach based on your goals and personality. it's simple: she asks , I follow

Clunky app overall - gym locations don’t show sometimes - booked classes should always be visible and be locked in the calendar - one should be able to set a preferred location so that one doesn’t have to start over every time

Not showing information even how to freeze the membership Useless staff - useless app This company not trying to improve their services If you send some complaint email they will never reply

App is totally down. Did everything log out, log in. Re-install the app (and now I Can’t log in my details after reinstalling it). And even before, when I was booking for a class, it’s always loading ended up not getting a slot for a popular class. Need to upgrade your system and app Fitnessfirst your membership is getting expensive for no improvement. Don’t get me wrong, I love the club where I’m in, the app is just so disappointing

So I buy a new phone and downloaded the app but I can’t login??!!! It says invalid even though I’m sure it’s the correct details!!🙂🙂can someone help me log into my account

Should have a Apple Watch app as now a days you carry your phone on your watch when in the gym etc
