The title is exercised for amputees, so I thought it would have a bigger variety of exercises for multiple levels. Also would’ve thought there would be exercises for those that can’t use prosthetics yet or even at all. I’m a bilateral above knee but one side is a hip disarticulation and I currently can’t use prosthetics due to issues in my left residual limb. I’ve been trying to find a way to stay active and maybe find exercises that would be more tailored towards my level but sadly there wasn’t any.
Sadly all the exercises only cover single above knee or below knee amputees. There are no tips or adapted exercises for double above knee amputees. Apart from some of the stretching exercises, it’s not very useful for the whole range of leg amputees.
It a nice app, but what about the users that are double or even triple amputees . A lot of these exercises are meant for single amputees! Which would be nice to incorporate of modified exercises for the triple Amputee!
I find this app most useful for everyone who needs guidance on amputee training. Although, you should make an app with exercises for hip disarticulated. I'm an hip disarticulated ottobock user and I know a lot o people who need that kind of guidance too.
