Fitness Fusion

Fitness Fusion offers world class workouts on demand, available anytime and anywhere. Our specialty is to make training fun and we offer a wide variety of workouts, ranging from miniband strength to dance classes. All classes are taught by renowned fitness professionals Ari Lipponen and Susanna Göransson. Our goal is to make it easier to maintain an active lifestyle.
We have five main categories of workouts: Strength, Cardio, Recovery, Choreography, and Meditation. Here are some examples of what you will find in our training app:
• Fitness Fusion concept workouts: PiBo, Latin Footwork, Cardio Fusion, HIIT it!, Bodywork, Pilates Intervals
• Interval workouts: Tabata, Booty Circuit, Full Body Circuit, 15-Minute Abs
• Yoga: Vinyasa Flow, Happy Hips Yoga, Yin Yoga
• Pilates: Classical Mat Pilates, Pilates Sculpt, Pilates Ball, Pilates Mini Band, Pilates Intervals
• Strength: Upper Body Strength, Lower Body Strength, Strength Circuit, Exetube Strength
• Cardio: Cardio Mix, Cardio Fusion, Tabata Cardio & Core
• Recovery: Soft Flow, Office Workout, Upper & Lower Body Mobility
• Choreography: Disco Fever, Latin Fever, Ballet Barre, Dance Aerobics, Latin Footwork
• Meditation: Sleep Meditation, Mindfulness Meditation
Select your preferred workouts based on duration (4-60 min), target area, difficulty level, or equipment. We have a suitable workout for every occasion and you can view our workouts either on your mobile device or cast the video to your TV. Our unique badge system will help you stay motivated throughout your fitness journey. You will be rewarded with badges by staying consistent and by completing workouts from different categories. Stay tuned for our special event badges, for instance, International Dance Day and our Halloween and Christmas badges. Can you collect them all?
About the Fitness Fusion team:
Ari Lipponen is a former dance champion who started his fitness career in 1996. Susanna Göransson is a former soccer player who currently competes in Caribbean dance styles. They teach classes at international conventions, create and choreograph group fitness concepts and teach advanced group fitness instructor workshops. They started Fitness Fusion in 2021 in order to share their passion for and knowledge of group fitness.
