Almost the exact same questions on the test. This App sure helped me stay up on the terms. Wish they had one on Nutrition. My next tackle!
Too many mistakes
I added this as an extra study for NASM-CPT. I am coming across a lot of answers or answer explanations that are wrong. It’s a good thing you put the pages of the text book in here for clarification because it clears up the mistake if one actually looks it up and doesn’t take the quiz as being correct. For being charged a membership you need someone to go back and review the answers, explanations or rewrite the question to fit the correct answer.

Don’t download if you’re taking the NASMCPT exam
First off, as soon as you give your email it asks for money. Im not paying $20 on top of paying $2k just for the NSAM course. It should b free. Even worse, a lot of these questions are incorrectly labeled as incorrect when you answer them. The info from NASM is wrong, I can’t trust this app. Will stick with the NSAM study guide.
Helped me pass CSCS
I used The Movement System and this to study along with the text book. This app really helped me out and did a great job of breaking down the answers for questions. The mock exams were also great too, and I personally found them to be on a similar level of difficulty as the actual exam. Great app!
