Supersets
Unable to add supersets unless I’m blind
Does exactly what it says on the tin
Love this app, I have ME & Fibromyalgia so my capabilities change (often) & this app gives me complete freedom to add & delete as & when required. One feature I love is the fact that this app has the permanently on option, so the screen never times out whilst I’m working out - that it some I wish certain others apps would implement. All in all very happy & glad this app was recommended to me by a local fitness company I was shopping with during lockdown 1 👍🏼
Limited exercise selection even on Pro 😡
Tried to program a cheat day and it doesn’t even have an incline bench press. Poor in this day and age. Wo Waste of money
It doesn’t allow you to delete anything
If you add a routine and don’t want it any longer then tough, it’s there in perpetuity. If you accidentally click on “add set” or perhaps one day you feel like doing an extra set or two then the next time you use the app those sets will remain since they can’t be deleted. Baffling.
Simple intuitive workout app
This app is simple, easy to use and fairly well laid out. Easy to build your workouts and easy to add new exercises. A proper dark mode outside of making the colour theme black would be nice and maybe a bit more of a modern iOS centric design would be good too however this app may be cross platform so perhaps that wouldn’t work. Bought the PRO version within about 15 mins of using the app - and at £2.49 it’s a bargain! Keep up the good work
A very good app - couple of improvements to make it perfect
So many weight training apps trying to rip you off with freemium models that cost the earth, offering workouts that don’t work. This app is a good price and does exactly what it is supposed to. It does supersets, multiple routines across the week and it tracks exercises by routine and not by the last time you did it. Only two small issues for me: it changes the reps and weight for every set after the one you’re changing. It is not straightforward starting a workout - you have to swipe right and choose “pick”. This could be a bit more user friendly. Analytics is first class in this app, providing highest weights, 1 RM and volume and more. Highly recommended.
