I think it is the best way to train for sports. Also, it is a great way to build muscles in your body. Every time I workout on this app it always burns my muscles in a good way so then i know that this app is helpful in life if you want to become big and strong like bodybuilders. or you can just workout and have fun gaining more muscle so that’s why i rated the really great app 5 stars. Also, because this app is way more fun than playing games on my phone personally it means alot to me to workout.
