I recently start to do some workout as my weight seems out of control since working from home without much outdoor activity. I found this app is very helpful to me by recommending a workout plan, and keep tracking the progress. I really like how I can easily set it up and those video instructions are quite easy to follow.

Easy to use and no nonsense workouts

The app was easy to set up and generates my weekly workouts. I like the simple no fuss design which puts the workouts in full display - very handy when I’m at the gym and glancing over the screen.
