The Fit500 Test is a 500-second test that assesses your cardiovascular strength & designs a plan that is exactly right for you today.
We provide GPS tracking, home workouts, running and walking training plans. We primarily create the following plans for our users:
- Race Training to complete a various long distance running plans (including the marathon distance) & beat your personal best.
- Recreational running & walking plans of various distances to help you lose weight, improve heart health & increase your stamina.
- Strength Training plans to help you build muscle, get fitter & lose weight.
We integrate with the Apple Health app!
