Just not connecting 😡😡😡😡😡

I need to fit it to the 2nd last hole and it so frickin hard to do so, takes me a hot minute to push the thing in the hole, today I was trying to fit it on and the thing literally broke, my 2nd review since this happened after the 1st one... poor and expensive for the quality! The screen get ruined so bad for no reason... with scratches and marks! OMG never buying this again rather buy a xiaomi, Witch is not the biggest brand but 10X better than this rather spend 30€ on the xiaomi one than 20€ on this one

I bought the watch but I still don't know how to turn it on or charge it, can you help??

By checking & testing the device there are two Bluetooth channels one to synchronize the data Another one for the media sounds & a battery percentage which is not likeable

Every time I set the time it appears wrong compared to the correct time on your phone or iPad

For some reason it doesn’t give me any options to put a pic of my choice I also tried to see a tutorial on YouTube but I can’t do it , BUG! Pls fix it

Dear team, How I can get notifications for other applications or snapchat on my smart watch? Only few and selected apps were added into the app’s list. Also, pls advise when I view any videos on my mob, the audio will activate in my smart watch instead no matter when I turned off the audio Bluetooth it will connect again. Is there any control on this? Thanks
