Having trouble signing up

How do you sign up for the app? When I downloaded the app, my only option was to sign in. Please instruct me on how to sign up so I can sign in. Thank you.

Great workouts but terrible app

Crashes constantly. Super annoying when you’re in the middle of a timed workout like EMOM or Tabata.

Best fitness app

I am so impressed by Anita and her team for developing fitness app that is simple to follow,that has no annoying glitches and inclides fitness programs that are so effective. One thing I am missing though with this app is the ability to record the weight for each exercise. It would be much more convenient rather than recording it on paper or other place on your phone app. I hope her team will incorporate this feature in the near future.

Amazing detailed app

Honestly this is one of the most detailed and easy to use apps. Everything is there and at your fingertips. Whether at home work outs or gym she has step by step pics and videos of what exactly you will be doing so that you have the right form and technique. This is just part of what she offers. She also has nutrition guidelines and advice as well as “what if circumstances “ ie. Eating out what to order and what to avoid etc. It’s awesome!! PD the colors of the app are fun as well!!

I’ve been with Anita for 2 years now and there is no one like her. Her programs are very helpful for anyone wanting to start their fitness journey. And now with an app? EVEN BETTER! I’m addicted to her challenges and her meal plans very helpful and informative. I’m a FitQueen for life! 👑
