Straight forward, easy to use, love Anita and love it!

The workouts are great, but the app is not user friendly. It’s annoying that every time you start a workout you need to click each exercise and then click play on each video. So to see the exercise itself you need to click like 3-4 times. Instead of working out you end up looking and clicking your phone non stop. Would be much nicer and easier if the video showed up as a dropdown and played automatically once you start the workout. The meal menu and swap table could have been incorporated into the app as well. Right now you still need to download a pdf and look up everything manually. Considering that program costs $80 for just 6 weeks, the app could have been much better. There are a lot of alternative apps that charge you almost the same cost but for a year, and are easier to use.

It really is amazing how much her workouts make a difference. At first I didn’t feel motivated but on my 3rd week and am loving it!

I love the app and the workouts! I love the way you schedule the workouts to fit your schedule. I also love that you can swap out exercises if you need to. Will definitely continue to use this app and Anita’s programs are fun and challenging! Anita is super responsive, also.

I Love love love this app. I love how easy it is to substitute the workout to something that works the same muscle. I Love that I can get everything I need off from the app. The way I can keep track of my workouts, my steps and weight. Anita is the best. ❤️

I love this app. Anita listens to her clients, and the app is fantastic. It allows you to track your steps, log in your weights, and swap exercises if needed. Anita provides ebooks and PDFs for challenges as well; this app is easy to use. The app also links up to your Apple Watch and Fitness Pal.
