Need a subscription of $100 to update the my program?

Won’t find my Apple Watch

Sulcs88 on

App seems fine as far as machine integration. Would be nice if you could choose portrait bot just landscape and have a stop button readily available particularly for emergency purposes. I have an Apple Watch, which is mean to integrate with the machine but when I go into the app setting it thinks one doesn’t exist even though it’s all connected to my phone and Apple health

Great app and works well with my Blacklord Walking Pad. However, it loses two stars because now I can’t edit my custom workout unless I sign up to the newly added subscription plan 😔

A couple major fixes required

Why is it telling me I’ve done 62,000 steps in 30 minutes lol! Step count is out of whack but luckily I have a FitBit that tracks my steps more accurately. If only your app had a FitBit integration! :) The playlist you have is quite literally the best playlist I’ve ever had for working out - I cannot express that enough. However, the last 3 times I’ve used it, it’s been the same 2-3 songs on repeat which drove me insane. There is no way to see the playlist and no controls for it at all. It’s either on or off. I’ve updated the app but nothing has changed.

Great free app

Great app with lots of data and features but if only it had a guest mode so my kids wouldn’t have to signup.

Step count is no longer properly

Since updating the app, the app is no longer providing a reasonable step count. For a 15 minute walk at speed 2.0 the app show I’ve done 88,000 steps. I’ve reinstalled the app and turned off and on my walking pad and it still the same.

Last update has has made this app useless

Gettinghealthy24 on

Australia

I have enjoyed using this app every day since 1 Jan this year to meet my health and fitness goals. However since the last update the step count is useless - I just walked for 25 min or 1.73km and it says I did 22,797 steps when it should be approx 3,000 steps - what the heck is going on !!!! If this is not fixed I will have to find another app to track my steps.

Amazing

Heart Rate

LucyAanFee on

Australia

Love this Apps.. The only problem: I cannot scan my heart rate despite I already connected my bluetooth on my devices such as given free for my small ring watch when I purchased my threat mills machine brand “BLACKLORD” However my heart rate can only be detected on my ring watch. Again Not from the Fitshow Apps despite it show the heart rate scan function
