Frustrating and faulty app
I downloaded the new version with apparent bug fixes etc last week and have not been able to log into the app at all to book classes or see where I’m at in terms of the unstoppable series and my goal measuring. I expect the app to be working and to be able to log in and book into classes and when I tried to email support at Fitstop they reply to say sorry we can’t help contact the gym owner! The app is not controlled by my gyms owner it is controlled by Fitstop and there needs to be a contact point to address the issues. My error message is ‘Failed to validate the minimum version please check Internet connection’ when I’m connected to Internet. Yes I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and did all the tricks! Nothing is working and I can’t use it at all!! What is going on?
