I believe app needs an update, download everything when ur home and when on site to have an offline mode where it saves everything and you can update em when you get b home as most sites don't have signal.You get ur kitchen signed off and by the time you put the protection and go back in the app to take pic it closes and manager gone home as well, it doesn't save the signature.Just happened to me today another fitter saw. Good app but need some work and interest in it done.

on a good week it works half the time , no drawings on app , asks for customer signature at the wrong point , really struggling with this app
