WHY FITTIME5?
FitTime5's focus is a paradigm shift to emphasize more on correcting muscle imbalances to help combat the sedentary lifestyles we have at work and at home. We want you to be able to answer the question, what does our body really need to feel better?
After years of working with clients and patients on an individual basis, Brett (Master Trainer) and Marsha (Physical Therapist) realized that more needed to be done to tackle this issue. They decided it was time to implement a program that is effective and everybody can use.
WHY ARE WE DIFFERENT THAN THE HUNDREDS OF OTHER FITNESS APPS?
• All of our exercises are designed to be done AT YOUR DESK, even in a dress or suit
• The programs are pre-formatted so you don’t have to choose your exercises
• Routines will change daily
• You will have an option to set your own reminders to get up and stretch
• Each routine will guide you through different exercises for your full body
• You can swap exercises if they don’t feel right for your abilities
• You can also save your favorite exercises to easily come back to later
• You will be able to access all of your FitStats with how many stretches you’ve done
• A calendar showing your entire month so you can also track your consistency

I wanted to give this app a try but I couldn’t actually make an account. Entered in my info, gave my phone#, waited to get verification code and it never came. Double checked the phone number, it wasn’t wrong. Just never got a code and couldn’t complete set up.
Great stretches
Very helpful when you tend to sit all day. This app is wonderful for getting you up and moving. It really relieves the stiffness!
LOVED the app… until it stopped working properly
I legit loved this app. However, the developer does not keep up with iOS updates, which is obvious when, after a software update, the app no longer works. The developer is unresponsive to messages about the status of the app.
Eleven months ago I had the same problem due to an iOS update, and I had to figure out how to track the developer down. I finally found them on Facebook messenger. This time, they are also unresponsive to Facebook messenger. I have deleted and reinstalled this app several times, and it still does not work correctly. I about give up on this app. And I was its top user.
Awesome great 5 min stretch
Really enjoy the app. It has great different stretching positions. With just the 5 minute, I feel better already 👍
Would not allow me to create an account to get started
I downloaded it three times and not once did it let me create an account to get started. It kept saying it needed my phone number yet there was nowhere to input my phone number!
The best
I love this app, and especially like and appreciate the fact that it does not require a subscription. I have daily chronic hip and back pain, and I sit nearly all the time. This app is helping me move more and regain some flexibility. ❤️❤️
Great break from sitting!
Working from home can mean sitting in front of a screen a lot! This app encourages me to get up and improve my flexibility. Just don’t like that you have to continually tell the app not to remind you to rate it! Maybe writing this review will get rid of that? 😂
Great stretching app!
Great app! Short, 5 min sessions; easy to fit into your day (really, no excuse NOT to fit it into your day); AND you can set up to 3 reminders a day & you can choose which days.
Suggestion for improvement: I wish it would add a “ding” at the end of each stretch. It dings when it’s time to change sides, bit if I’m not looking at the app when the stretch ends (I’m in the middle of a stretch), I don’t know when to stop.
Best ergo app found so far
This is the best ergo reminder app I have found WITH ERGO EXERCISES. Seems like all other ergo apps have reminders or exercises but not both. I wish the app allowed another couple reminders, not just 3 but it’s very flexible and the exercises are better than RSI Guard or any of the other professional ergo systems we have at work (and I work for a large Fortune 100 company). Glad to have found this since having to work from home so much.
Perfect Office App
It does exactly what I want it to. You can set reminders to tell you to get up and stretch. The stretches are all relevant to your office desk / chair and don’t make you look like a complete fool in front of coworkers .
