운동 휴식시간을 설정하여 타이머 역할을 하는 앱입니다.
현재 진행중인 운동 시간과 세트수가 표시되고, 세트를 종료하면 설정했던 휴식시간이 자동으로 카운트됩니다.
휴식시간이 끝나게 되면 알림이 오며, 운동 시간이 다시 자동으로 시작됩니다.
1. 운동일지를 작성하여 본인의 운동을 기록하고 확인
2. 휴식시간을 설정하여, 운동휴식 시간 타이머 역할
3. 운동 종료할시 총 세트수와 총 운동시간을 안내
4. push 알림기능을 on/off
5. 캘린더를 통해 날짜 확인 가능
규칙적인 휴식시간을 중요시하는 운동인분들, 운동을 하는동안 저의 타이머 앱을 사용해보세요.
