Five Guys: Order Ahead

Never able to login so lose order while trying to reset password. Reset emails give error message. Nightmare. Don’t bother.

App works great, had no issues. Just disappointing that there is no option for extra cheese.

Very bad experience ! Should get the developers and send they to learn with German Doner Kebab or McDonald’s app developers !

Omg they are acc so nice me and my fam went out on my birthday and I was going into ask if I could get anything for free since it was my birthday excpecting them to say no they said yes of course would u like a milkshake of ur choice chips and a drink they are so nice and plus there milkshakes are to die for!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app seems to just be a link to the website. Where is Face ID? Why do I need to enter username and a 10 digit password to order food? Constantly crashes with black screen. Tried to access it while on the tram. Tram arrived outside Fiveguys before I even got it working. I was told the order slot was 25 mins away yet when I went in to order at the counter I was the only customer.

Love 5guys but this app is horrible. It’s unresponsive and slow, and sometimes just loses your active items or times out. This app supposed to SAVE time. Right now it’s a hassle!

What did you do? I can’t pass by “enter location” screen. Stupid.

Suddenly logged me out and cleared my purchase history. Better to use the web instead.

Your new way of doing things is appalling. It’s so slow and is beyond painful to use.

Interface is rubbish. Resets my info often.
