اولا انا حبيت احجز فني سباك و ملقتش غير فني واحد فقط و مافيش اي بدائل وقام الفني بالتواصل معى الساعه الواحده قبل ميعاد الزيارة بيوم على الواتس اب مش على الابليكيشن حتى عشان يكون كل حاجه موثقة و تكون قدام الشركة و بعد ما عرضت علية المشكله اللي كانت عندي راح اتصل بالشركه و قالهم انه عنده حالة وفاه و لاغى الميعاد و هما بيكلموني عشان يبلغوني بلغي الميعاد اعترضت طبعا و قالولي انهم حيجيبو حد مكانه و فعلا بلغوني ان في حد حيجي في نفس اليوم بس اخر النهار و بردو ملتزمش بالميعاد المحدد ليه و اخر معاد الزياره و طبعا مكنش مناسب ليا خالص و لغى الميعاد مافيش اي سيطره من الشركه على الفنيين اللي بيتعاقدو معاهم و لا الفنيين عندهم اي احترام للعملاء بتوع الشركه

Worst service ever! Application booking made with ease. Company representative follow up to delay appointment and service was not delivered after wasting weekend and more then twenty yes twenty calls from company and myself. Should not advertise a service if said service cannot be done. Rating less than Zero.

Really I Thanked God 🙏🏻 having such services app, that saved our time with high quality results and qualified fixers in all fields. I felt safe and Happy with reasonable fees and convienent as I chose my doable visit time from the app and they arrived on time, finished with neat surround. Thank you fixawy

التطبيق كان جيد جدا و العمال كانو على اعلى قدر من المهارة و الاحترام لكن مؤخرا بقو بيوظفو ناس فاشلة و نصابين و العامل باعلى ريموت بايظ و طلبت منه ياخده تانى يوم لان الريموت مش شغال و سعره ٢٥٠ جنيه فضل يتهرب و عملت شكوى و مفيش اى استجابة فعلية فى حالة الشكوى للاسف و التطبيق بيسوء مع الوقت

Very recommended. The Carpenter was very professional and he asked for the same price quoted by the app which was also very affordable. The overall experience was very nice and I will use them again for sure m.

The service itself is great to communicate with required workers who are very talented in their works and so fast in performing what needed. But, the app itself lacking of slowness between moving from section to another, as well as showing the whole details of your previous orders (if it was containing photos or videos).

Please fix the user interface. A lot of truncated text and the tab bar at the bottom is trimmed. I cannot even tap on the buttons on the tab bar. iPhone 11

It‘s my first tome to deal with them and the carpenter called me to confirm the appointment, once done . He came on time and fixed everything ordered very well.

The service is quite good and quick response by customer service. Technicians have good experience and reasonably good prices… However, the App interface needs some fixes!
