I see that my requests do not get resolved! It says completed and closed but the issue it’s still there!

Fix it Clark county does nothing to help! There are a lot of people submitting complaints for the homeless on the east side and nothing is being done!!!

The app is a great concept, but it is worthless if no one fixes anything.

The app refuses to address the encampments that are creeping into Las Vegas neighborhoods especially on the east side. The lady who answers the requests believes that the enjoyment of the few brave people willing to walk on Duck Creek Criminal Haven Trail is more important than closing off some of the entrances that are steps away from schools and parks where children play. The encampments creep out of the entrances to the trails and right into the neighborhoods. And no one in the city of Las Vegas is doing anything about it.

I sent in a report of semi trucks parking in residential neighborhoods and the response was almost immediate. Within days, the trucks had been tagged and removed. I really appreciate the effort to keep our neighborhood looking nice.

The app works good but depends on what issue you are reporting. Public works seem to be the best, but seems to be a complete disconnect of anything requiring the constable

So far so Good I reported a few minor things in the neighborhood, the one was fixed in hours, one they said had to be fixed by a different department and forwarded to them and the other said it was out of their jurisdiction… so overall it does get stuff done! One improvement would be connect and do other things like with the post office to fix mail boxes, team up with police or neighborhood watch. Make this app more noticeable, send out invites like the next door app, invite people to use this app

It would be nice to have the list of items in alpha order so it’s easy to sort but it’s a great step in cleaning up our city!
