Won’t let you open it until you’ve completed takeoff and then once you have the app still wouldn’t open and therefore meant no entertainment for the flight 👍
App simply did not work in-flight.
app didn’t work. couldn’t connect to wifi. very disappointing 5 hour flight.
The app does nothing but redirect you to the website. Useless just like the airline. Don’t fly with them, they cancel and ruin your plans and make it your problem to wait in hold for hours because the website doesn’t work as indicated.
Did my research and pre downloaded the app, and also did this on the kiddos devices. The app didn’t even work! It loaded for 4 hours straight. Don’t worry, the obnoxious overly rowdy parents, screaming babies/ kids throwing tantrums was enough entertainment for me! I cannot wait for the flight back…🙄🙄
Once logged in to their in-flight wi-fi, a popup to accept their Privacy Policy appears with an OK button which as much as you press it does not trigger the popup to go away so you cannot use the App at all. Horrible and did it on both return flights.
Everyone saying baaaaaaad things so don’t make it “delay” ur flight.
Round-trip flight and I asked flight attendants about it both ways. First flight, she told me the “aircraft is too new” to have wi-fi equipped and be able to use the entertainment app. Second flight (older plane with my seat literally held together with tape), “it just isn’t working on this particular aircraft”. 0/5 stars
This is the worst ever airline i have travelled in, staff is sooo unprofessional, never ever trust this airline because they can delay the flight anytime they want and i came to know that my flight is delayed 11 hours when i was at the airport . They are soo irresponsible for the customers. When i ask them about the compensation after sending them 100 emails they said it wasn’t our fault and I said its ur policy to give customers compensation when ur flight delay after some particular time they said ok we will give u within next 30 days. I waited for their email and then they said, that email was not relevant send by one of our representative by mistake. I said how u can be so stupid about ur policy, customer, time that we wasted at the airport for 11 hours. Don’t go for cheap flight go for quality as well. I would never ever recommend this airline to anybody they don’t care about your valuable time.
