The all never opens, would give 0 stars if I could

App won’t open.

They charge everything extra, carry on bags too(first bag)

The most useless airline app ever created. Useless is understatement. Can’t do anything pretty much in the app.

Had a problem with my password tried to reset it and was told just log into as a guest. Also sign up to collect points and save money.

When I open this app, it doesn’t work. It only stuck at the very starting page after the aeroplane fly.

As soon as I finish with this review I will erasing the app from my device, it is a complete waste of time!!! The same can be said about their web site, cannot even access it because their server does not respond. My first flight with them tomorrow and my return will be my last. I just hope their performance pre-board, in-flight & post flight is superior to the booking/seat selection/online check in is. It is not a high bar that has been set. Direct flight tomorrow, surely they can’t lose my bag!!! I bet they can!!!

This app is quite simply useless. Will always direct you to a web page, and your booking # or flight # is always impossible to look up. I understand this is a low-cost airline, but even basic functionalities like looking up your flight number is impossible to do. Very disappointing

Don’t bother installing the app. It is useless anyway

Of the small airlines, Flair has to be the worst. The app just opens the browser every time you click on something and when you try to sign in, it takes you to the sign in page on the browser and does nothing. Would literally rate zero stars if I could
