As much $$$$ off non winning tickets you think you could effort to did this app!!!

Seems like no matter what app they put up there and updates. It still does not work. If you email them, they do not respond. And also it’s getting worse on scratch off. There are no winners on scratch off these days. I just quit buying them.

System down

Went on the app this morning at 845 and the system is down

New Promotion not opening

The new pick daily games promotion is not working properly! I tried to open it to scan my tickets but it never open the scanner option!

NO LONGER WORKS

The app no longer works, all I get is an error message that says ‘oops an unexpected error has occurred, please try again’ then it asks to refresh where it loops. Also, I’ve deleted and re added to no avail

Why even bother

App is useless. I can get the winning numbers anywhere. The barcode scanner to check your tickets is trash and doesn’t work most of the time. Also creating digital play slips is nothing but a complete waste of time. Literally there is not a single retailer that can scan your digital play slip and print your ticket. They always tell me to fill out a paper slip, which you couldn’t pay me to do. When you’re playing 20+ combinations I am not filling out any paper slips! I don’t understand why it’s even a feature. Maybe make sure that the retailers are capable of scanning digital play slips first before making it part of the app. Anyway, the more I use this app the more and more I realize how useless and worthless it is. Just a big waste of time that’s only going to make you frustrated. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

Blurry Camera iPhone 15 Pro Max

Camera works fine using camera App but in this app the camera is blurry and I can’t scan any barcodes. My buddy downloaded the app with his iPhone 12 Pro and was able to scan the ticket right away and it wasn’t blurry.

They seem to be scam operation

It seems that all the games are fixed now. Avoid them!

iPhone 15 Pro

The scan feature for scanning barcodes on Scratchers is awful and extremely blurry. Please fix the auto focus issue or rewrite the code to use the Macro Camera. Also, when scanning 2nd chance entry codes the app always logs me out?? 🤷‍♂️Very frustrating! Do us all a favor and fire the person responsible for this disaster of an app. Rebuild the app from the ground up! Peace out ✌️
