Great app, great company, great products Love it!

What a great idea, still waiting on delivery of my quad 4's to try it out but I have no doubt it will be very useful. What would give it 5 stars would be to add the ability to run a chase routine on the app? Could then set up the lights with an iPhone, and leave a routine running on the units unattended- which would be invaluable. The other thing would be the ability to address individual units- so you can have different units in different colours from the app- currently I believe you can only set colour globally for each type of unit? Great- but not quite amazing yet- I hope the app might grow in the next versions to add these things?

This latest release just set my ability to manage my Chauvet lights to zero. I DJ six events a week and my lighting was a huge selling point until CHAUVET complete failed me with this disastrous version release. I’ve invested over $17K in up lights only to witness their app render them practically useless to programming. Test, fix, and test again before releasing apps that do not work. This is totally unacceptable.

Please bring it back to the original flarecon app or make this new one with all of the same preset features

Just Like other reviews mentioned this app and system Is way Too basic. You're way better off just using the Ric remote in master slave. Baffling why they wouldnt expand the options. Thanks again for the disappointment chauvet and half adding a potentially amazing thing. BRING BACK THE OLD APP FOR HEAVENS SAKE

Used to be able to use the app for smaller parties to control my H1s instead of using my sound switch controller. But now I'm not even able to use it at all. Read the manual and called for assistance to help set it up but the interface and quickplay/live programmable modes are not the same as it was before with the nine trigger buttons. Bring back the old version please! 🙏 And add more trigger buttons please!

If you can’t fix this app, I’m selling all of my chauvet lights and will replace with American DJ …. At least their software works

I agree with everyone else the old app worked perfectly but was limited with the new update there’s so many cool options but I can’t get anything to work horrible app bring back the old one where it would work at least

Called support several times to report this. Recommend to use the app on Android device. Not sure why anyone should download this

Since they changed it to a new app where Khan has gone to garbage. None of the equipment is working correctly. We can go back to the old app. It works so good.
