Service very bad, delivery very late. Dissapointment for your app and service

The seller ship my parcel on 26/5 and now is 17/6 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY PARCELLL YETTTT. THEY KEEP WENT TO KLANG BACK TO WANGSAMAJU AND REPEAT THE SAME THING OVER AGAIN AND AGAIN. AND CHANGE TRACK ORDER DUE TO WRONG POSTCODE WHERE ITS NOT WRONG. COZ THEY CHANGE IT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL ONE THAT I PUT. AND THEN. CHANGE IT BACK TO THE WRONG ONE AGAIN. WHATS WRONG WITH THIS COURIER TBH?

Despite of its heavy promotion, it did not fulfill as a “flash” express delivery function. My parcel was picked up on 24th May 2022; as at today, 10th June 2022, I have yet to receive it. No one was answering the chat and telephone call. The user was like interacting with the air. What should I do with the app?

Dammnn... service too bad...

Despite the nice user interface, a lot of the customer service functions are not working. Chat function does not seem to work, no agent reply and no history of chats initiated. Phone hotline number is not provided for Sorting Centers and branch numbers provided are not answered.

Delivery very very very slow, ordered from lazada, took more than 12 days from Malacca to Johor, it’s not overseas parcel..called nobody answer, live chat nobody reply, really speechless. Please improve your service!!

Dont develop apps. Not even helpful. No one pay for your CS is it? No one response

Cancer grade Courier. Avoid it at all cost. It’s hard to pinpoint which are part are the worst because from top management to dispatch team are equally bad.
