I just downloaded this app and every time I try to select the spanish course the loading screen with the bus comes up and stays on forever. I have deleted the app multiple times and have tried to get it on other devices and its still not working. I really wanted to try it but some courses wont work.

i REALLY wanted to play this game and i have never tried it before but everytime i open it it goes to thid loading page with a bus and it never goes away i have been trying to play this game for 3 ish days and it wont work and im kind of bummed because i think it would be a really cool app.

This is a clever app that uses a lot of repetition to teach language. It uses multiple tools - writing, reading, speaking, hearing and a lot of easy repetition. The problem is that the sound effects cover the ends of the phrase so you can’t really hear the end of the phrase for the chime noise. Also, the letters are too tiny to use on the iPhone and the responsiveness from screen to screen lags a bit. It’s clever and kind of fun, but I need to be able to hear and see what I’m learning.

I got a response from support on how to cancel a subscription since you can’t do it through the app, you have to go through your settings app if you have an iPhone and click your name and then subscriptions. I’m not completely useless with technology and this process was not intuitive for me and a bit frustrating but otherwise it’s a good app

I am trying to learn French for school! But my teach well my teacher... Anyways, I absolutely love this app it is helping me in so many ways! I just got a 20/20 on my quiz at school. I love it!!

I liked this app and have a 1 year subscription, but it crashed and now states that I’m not in the data base. My subscription is active. No support either. Very frustrating with two lessons to go before “graduation”...

It keeps crashing!! Not functional at all!!

More of a complaint. Ran out of options it seems since the audio stopped working about 2 weeks ago (just with the app, everything else in the phone is fine) and I’ve reported it twice through the app and no one has followed up. Nothing in the settings seem to help, so it’s pretty certain it’s a bug. Uninstalling/reinstalling didn’t solve. How can I get in touch with someone that will take responsibility or refund me?

This app wreaks of potential. I’m super hyped for their language options, particularly because they have Latin. I would gladly pay for a year subscription except it’s unfinished and most language options are still in development. They offer a cool technology that can translate any photo, but I have little interest in that. I give this 5 stars in good faith they will come through and to support the developers in a product that I’m excited for and anticipating. I will adjust my rating if they take too long and fail to keep pace with their own hype.

I select my language to study and then it asks me to select it again, this time from a list that doesn't include my language.
