The new way to manage your expenses with FlexiPurchase
All the FlexiPurchase functions you’re used to are now at your fingertips – making it easy to manage your expenses on the go, as they come up. The new FlexiPurchase App lets you view, code and approve expenses, all on your iPhone or iPad.
Taking care of business
Expenses don’t just come up when you’re at work on your computer, they happen when you’re out and about. And with the FlexiPurchase App, you can take care of cash and card expenses the same way. Using mobile and cloud technology on your device, the App lets you:
* Capture expense data.
* Take photos of your receipts. Powerful Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology then extracts the key data, and links your receipts with your expenses.
* Keep track of your receipts in the image library.
* View your card purchases, as well as any policy or approval rules associated with your expenses – all on the same screen.
* Code, submit and approve expenses.
The App’s backed by a banking-grade security system too, so you can manage everything with confidence.

Good effort but...

McDaveS on

The new TouchID/FaceID features are a little awkward (especially when switching back to the App) but a fair effort. Still needs work with passwords. We need to reset the password every few months and even though Password Autofill has been around since iOS11 it’s not been implemented. Even worse, there’s no connection with the App and appalling mobile website which plasters a promo banner over the password reset options and buttons. Given security must be paramount for this App, it falls short. Also, please hire a UX Designer, even to make recommendations.

Love the idea!

As someone else said, some extra features like push notifications would make this great. Other ideas like FaceID/TouchID entry and the ability it use a PDF as a receipt rather than only an image, would make it excellent. Update: I found I could email the PDF receipt in using the email function of FlexiPurchase so that gets around the lack of file support in the app at least.

Not very user friendly!

And tried to use the QR option, this wouldn’t work for me.

Not bad, but room for improvement

Good to be able to quickly code and approve receipts. Could do with a push notification to let users know there are items needing attention. Also there is currently no ability to return or reject a submitted claim on the app. You have to use the web version

Good in concept, works well... to one crucial point

Great app in terms of usability. Simple, and well designed. HOWEVER - The app does not record all your written comments or expenses onto the FlexiPurchase website itself, requiring you to then go to a PC and manually input your information again. This has never been fixed, and is a constant source of frustration for everyone with this app. If this was fixed, it’d be absolutely perfect.

Unlink Button

I find this app super easy to use, however the unlink button is missing (might be a bug/virus) and I can’t change an incorrect receipt attachment. Please rectify this issue, ty!

Possibly one of the most painful apps I have used

Mikeh1976 on

App is unstable, often takes multiple attempts to get receipts to load. Does not auto link receipts to transactions. After using it for six months, I would almost suggest our old way of excel spreadsheet to do acquittal would be easier. That says a lot as I hate excel.

More than on receipt.

Of course it doesn’t on

Australia

Doesn’t seem to let you load another receipt easily when your admin staff requires you to add additional info

Was working… now it isn’t

RunninThru on

Australia

I had been using the app quite successfully for a couple of months. Recently I was asked to log in with the password… 1/ there is not a remind me of my password option 2/ after logging in I am not able to allocate expenses to cost centres
