FlexiRide has no fixed route and only operates when booked. Passengers can book a trip from their nearest physical or virtual bus stop and travel to or from the designated FlexiRide bus hubs in the same service area.

I’m updating my review of FlexiRide Melton South because I’ve realized this app is terrible! The system has been down for two days, and when I called customer service, they suggested I delete the app—big mistake. Now, I can’t log back in, and the issue still isn’t resolved. Customer service hasn’t been helpful and even comes across as passive-aggressive. The drivers are also often late, sometimes by hours, and some have been quite rude to customers. For any new customer just don’t get the app you’ll be disappointed (especially if you work and the bus was your efficient way of commuting)
No use
I have been trying for a long time to get my booking done. This app is of no use. I have seen only one or two passengers travelling.
Horrible
This app is terrible. Can't even make bookings anymore because they are "transporting other passengers", what happened to being 'flexible'. Terrible system, fix it!

This is the worst app , can’t book it even a week prior , it’s a great thing to a get a booking the drivers are the best ( jaspreet , aman , don , yong, Dilraj, pareshkumar ) the best humans but the customer service people are the worst and they are the most useless people in the world and they have useless excuses and are the laziest ones ever , can’t use it during an emergency, always delayed atleast by an hour and the worst ever but the drivers make it okay
Delaying EVERYDAY
For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing delays almost EVERYDAY and it’s making me late to school all the time. Also there is this terrible driver called Bin (Jason) and he doesn’t even know when a rider is at the door waiting for the bus door to open. This proves how much of a terrible driver he is delaying most of his rides.

It is almost impossible to book a ride and even if you do the booking is almost always cancelled.

This app almost never works, lots of glitches like the app will never load, maybe because the area is new but I hope they add proper transport
