15 min late at 6:30am in the morning is terrible. Go back to old service or put more busses and drivers on

Can’t book ride easily always says try again soon.

Bus is never on time (the Rowville one) and they always push back my pick up time. I have places to be and could have arranged other transport but I regret my decisions whenever I choose to be picked up by this bus. I always learn to put my pick up time for 10 minutes earlier. Update: Still horribly late all the time. Additionally when the app says I’ll be at my destination in a few minutes, the driver detours another 15 minutes… If there was a detour I wouldn’t have booked the bus - flexiride should’ve let me know about it first. Very unreliable…

Always late and driver shift change time is pathetic always waste time

FlexilRide transport is late, you cannot trust this transport, and I have missed trains because of it, arriving late to my destinations.

It’s never promised that you will find a booking when you go on this app, honestly booking a bus is just a suggestion feature. Yes you can successfully book buses through this app but it’s 50/50 . It’s unreliable but I guess it does the job sometimes

It will never come on time. Always 20-30 mins late from its exact booking time. And never find a ride on time whenever I want to catch my train. Worst service.

Hi, I am using FlexiRide for past some time, there is fault with logic of how seats are allocated. The bus runs empty mostly and passengers keep waiting for next round. No reallocation and rescheduling happens even when bus is standing at the stop with most of the seats vacant. Wasting precious passenger time and money-resources of public.

The service is very bad, you should always make a reservation. There are no cars available.
