Unique way to track mood

Updated review: There was a bug with the app regarding dates, but after I reported the issue, it was resolved quickly! I rather like the concept and execution of this app, and the artwork is rather nice. I like that you can report your mood multiple times throughout the day and see how they change. You can also use customized activities and moods/emotions, which is unique and helpful. I wish there were more flowers, but the ones chosen do have little descriptions about their socially-attributed meanings (ex: sunflower = happiness) which is neat. You can also create bouquets, which I like to do for weekly mood summaries. Overall, a great app if you want to track what’s going on day to day all while being able to really visualize everything in meaningful ways.

A relaxing and non stressful way to track your mental health progress

Coming from a teenager with severe mental health issues and struggles with using mood trackers I find this app to be a great option. It’s free you don’t have to add a ton of writing or use emotion words per say and seeing the flowers instead of an angry face or a sad icon is much more peaceful. You grow a garden of feelings and can track what’s been going on. This app also has great personalization features that allows you to change icons and colors. Overall a good choice for anyone in need of a new way to track your feelings.
