DO NOT buy tickets from this app!! SOS!!!
DO NOT buy tickets from this app! Read below! Very important to protect yourselves! They’ve charged my credit card, they’ve never sent me confirmation email, reservation number and the tickets weren’t available on the app. I have the bank’s confirmation that the payment is completed and they are still not refunding me. When I initially contacted them they were finding excuses, like that I have probably booked the tickets with a different email. Although I have an account on the app, so they could easily confirm that the email I was providing was the correct one. At some point they stopped replying! I’ve sent them the bank statement with the charge, payment code from the bank, cardholder name, print screen from the date of purchase and my profile print screen with the correct email AND still NO TICKETS!!!! SOS: At the end I got the most alarming email! Although I have given all this data, they were asking for full credit card details, expiration date of the card. NO COMPANY WOULD EVER ASK THIS VIA AN EMAIL! Be careful guys! At the end I had to buys again the tickets physically from the counter at the airport and the queuing to get the bus was INSANE, regardless if you had tickets in advance or not!!!!!
