I previously purchased Flick Fishing including the expansions but that means nothing because the game was bought by a new company and you need a subscription to play. I submitted proof of purchase to the new Company that owns Flick Fishing and never heard back, nor am I able to access the game.
Downloaded the game for nostalgia purposes as I played the original on my og ipod touch, deleted immediately after seeing the subscription process… came to write a review about how disappointing that is, but saw people have been giving 1 star reviews for the identical reason for the past 4 years… How have you not listened to the customer and just put a price on downloading the app instead of a subscription?
Have to pay. What happened to free games? Flick fishing (2008) was an original game that I believe was free and great. It’s all about the money now a days. Ads ads ads and subscription subscription subscription. What a joke.

I had the original when I was like 10 years old and I loved it, it was so simple and easy to use would love a separate mode where I can play the original again
I used to love this game as a kid and would play it almost every day trying to catch every fish. Recently, I redownloaded it for nostalgic reasons to try and play through it again only to find out you need to pay a monthly subscription to play this game aside from the free 10 minutes it gives you. How wildly deceiving that a free game on the App Store secretly requires more money than most games you would find. I love the game so much that I would consider paying for the subscription, but the sheer idea of my money going to the greedy people who made the subscription in the first place disgusts me. I will simply reminisce on the good times in which this game was enjoyable and worth playing.
I bought their stupid subscription that is required to play the game, and now it just says server error. Still have not been able to play the game. Ridiculous.

Finally redownloaded and realized there was MASSIVE PAYWALL. Game hasn’t been updated since 2010 and now it’s 5 bucks a month? Booooooo
